Shri V Satish Ji, whom I first met nearly twenty five years ago in the Northeast – in Assam & Meghalaya – when he was BJP’s General Secretary (Organisation) in Charge of Northeast, has always fascinated me with his deep knowledge of the region, its culture, people and its multidimensional challenges and scope. Was happy to engage with him in one of our numerous conversations and to present him my new book, “From Partition to Progress: Persecuted Hindus and the Struggle for Citizenship.”
