Hoisted the #Tiranga at the Baruipur (Jadavpur) party this morning with Party colleagues. Spoke on the significant dimensions of PM Shri Narendra Modi’s address from the ramparts of the #RedFort. Reiterated our sankalpa to pledge ourselves to his dream and hope of a #ViksitBharat forward. It is tragic and sad that Sri Aurobindo’s, Swami Vivekananda’s, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s, Bagha Jatin’s Bengal has fallen in the grip of a fascist, anti-democratic force, which is out to destroy her fabric and essence. To relentlessly stand back and fight back till Bengal is reclaimed must be a cardinal pledge today on #IndependenceDay.
