Reached Jaigaon, Alipurduar, the last town in India on the West Bengal side of the border with Bhutan, called on Venerable Khen Rinpoche Sangay Lodoe, Chief Priest & President, All India Mahayana Buddhist Mhanipa Sangh. Widely known and respected, Khen Rinpoche expressed his deep appreciation and lauded PM Modi’s efforts in preserving Lord Buddha’s heritage and legacy. Discussed various other issues. He graciously invited us to hold programmes in others areas in North Bengal.
